1. Order Process
Currently, orders are accepted and confirmed through WhatsApp communication. Customers place orders directly with our team and receive order confirmation before dispatch.
Order confirmation through WhatsApp will be considered as acceptance of the order.
2. Return Policy
As Vasudhaya deals with food and consumable products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, return or replacement requests may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Leakage found in oil packaging
- Wrong item delivered
- Product missing from order
- Package received in severely damaged condition
Requests outside these conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Customers are requested to provide:
- Order details
- Clear images of product damage
- Photos of outer packaging
- Unboxing video (preferred for quick verification)
Failure to provide supporting evidence may lead to rejection of the request.
4. Refund Policy
Once the issue is verified by our team, Vasudhaya may provide:
Option 1: Product replacement without additional charges
Option 2: Partial or full refund depending upon the issue
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or customer bank account.
Processing time may vary depending on banking systems.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel orders before dispatch only.
After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted because products enter the shipping process immediately.
To cancel an order, contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Vasudhaya is not responsible for delays caused due to:
- Courier service delays
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable at delivery location
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information during ordering.
